What kind of material do you use in your glasses?

  • PC & TR90 -  This is the type of material we use to make almost all our frames. TR frames offer a great amount of comfort, thanks to their flexible nature they can bend easily according to one’s face shape. PC frames are resilient to any major ground impacts and offer amazing eye protection.
  • Metal -  We use stainless steel which is an ideal framing material providing adequate support. This makes up a strong and lightweight glass which can be worn by many beautiful different faces.

How do I measure my frame size?

  • We have given frame measurements like Frame Width, Lens Width, Lens Height, Temple Length as well as the Weight of every glass on the product page. Take that scale out and measure your eyes from end to end and see if the dimensions match with your eyes.

Can I order frames without the lenses?

  • No, we do not offer frames without lenses. However, we offer zero power (with no magnification) blue block computer glasses for people looking out to upgrade their style.

How do I care for my Klareyeians?

    Our glasses are quite tough and strong due to which you don’t have to worry about its maintenance. But there are quite some suggestions which you should pay heed to and follow: 
    • Please keep those glasses in the complimentary CASE that we provide. They are a saviour for your glasses and will allow you to use them for a longer term and minimize any wear and tear.
    • You can clean those glasses with warm water and soap if you feel they have gotten misty. But do not forget to clean those lenses with a soft clean cloth. Avoid using coarse cloth or paper towels to protect your lenses for any scratches.
    • Just like your gadgets or cars need some adjustments from time to time, your glasses do too. Visit an optical store every 4-6 months to get the alignment adjusted or if you are handy with the tools yourself, just try tightening those screws with a small screwdriver.

    Can I buy bi-focal or progressive glasses?

      In how many days do you ship the product and when will I get it?

      • Your order usually gets shipped the next day of order placement and the delivery can happen between 2-8 days depending on your pin code. If you are worried and want to know the estimated time for delivery (EDD), you can message us on +91-8899244244 and we will tell you the EDD for your pin code.

      Do you send shipping updates?

      • Yes don’t worry, we are there for you every step of the way. After you place your order, you will get timely shipping updates from when your order is in transit, is out for delivery, if you are facing a delayed delivery or due to some reason your order could not be delivered.

      What if the delivery boy calls before coming for the delivery and does not turn up?

      • In this scenario, you need to inform us as soon as possible so that we can talk to the respective courier service and arrange for another delivery attempt.

      Which courier services do you use and are they trustworthy?

      • Don’t break a sweat. We send your products through trusted courier networks like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart etc. So just sit back and relax and you will receive your order in no time.

      Do you offer free shipping/Cash on Delivery (COD) and do you ship all over India?

      • Yes, we ship our products all over India with COD option. Although, if you pre-pay your order the delivery is quicker. We offer free shipping all over India. For a very few remote pin codes, we charge a surcharge of Rs. 100.

      What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? Will you replace my order?

      • Definitely. We will replace the order for you without any extra charges. You will just have to inform us within 7 days of receiving the product(s) by emailing at care@klareye.com or dropping us a message on our helpline number at +91-8899244244.

        What if the product that I receive is not of suitable power or I don’t like the frame? Will I be eligible for replacement?

        • Yes, of course. We will replace the order for a minor courier fee ( depending on your pin code) + exchange fee (Rs.99). You can let us know within 7 days of receiving the product(s) by emailing at care@klareye.com or dropping us a message on our helpline number at +91-8899244244

          How much time does it usually take to get the replaced order?

          • Once we initiate the pickup from your address, it takes about 6-8 days to get back the parcel. After a quality check, your order gets dispatched the next day. 

          Refund Question?

          What if I don’t like the frame and want a refund?

          • We don’t offer any refunds. Don’t worry! You can always select another model or get a coupon worth the amount of the glasses with a validity of 2 years.
