Definitions
Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refers to the product(s) or services for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.
Payment
All payments are due upon completion of order. We support both pre-paid & Cash on delivery orders. The website owner has the authority to decline COD orders on the basis of wrong details or frequent RTO(Refusal of parcel at the time of delivery). We accept most major credit, debit cards, UPIs & wallet supported by our payment gateway partners.
Shipping Policies
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are applicable according to the selected shipping option on checkout page.
Order Processing & Shipping Time:
All our orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days and our shipped via 3rd party shipping providers on the next working day. Our Working Days are Monday - Saturday and holidays on Bank Holidays.
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin codes the orders get delivered withing 7 days, But due to unforeseen circumstances, like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues and so, It may take longer however you can track the package for which we'll provide the tracking link with every order. For further details you can refer to the shipping policy of the shipping company int heir policy section via the tracking link.
Refund/Return Policy
For Cancellation:
If the order is shipped before cancellation request, The delivery will be attempted but the customer can refuse to the delivery partner and the amount will be refunded if pre-paid in 7-14 days after delivery refusal.
If the order is not shipped before cancellation request, The order will be cancelled and the amount if pre-paid will be refunded within 7-14 days.
For Replacement:
If the product(s) delivered are not correct & does not match the order placed or if the products received are damaged or broken, then the reverse pickup will be done & the replacement will be shipped after receiving the reverse pickup.
If the customer ordered the wrong glass, color or power & wants to get it exchanged for some different model, a nominal fee of Rs. 99 will be charged for the reverse pickup. Also, if the exchange's new order value is higher than the current one, the customer need to pre-pay the difference in amount , similarly if the exchange's new order value is lower than the current one, the customer will be provided with a coupon of value equals to difference in amount and can be used at klareye.com.
For Refunds:
We don’t provide refunds of any kind unless specified otherwise for all klareye.com orders.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up until work commences or payment has been processed, whichever is earliest. The buyer is responsible for the payment on all orders cancelled after commencement or payment.
Complaints
Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our sales team. Please email: care@klareye.com . We will do our absolute best to find an acceptable remedy to any situation that may arise. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.
Legalities
Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.
